Our Story

Hello! Welcome and thank you for your interest in Crossing 413.  It is such an honor to create custom pieces from my heart that will be worn next to yours!

Our Crossing 413 story is rooted in the three things closest to our heart: faith, family and loving people. Our faith grounds us, our family inspires us and loving people is our joy.

Our founding verse, Philippians 4:13 is at the core of our brand promise. We believe that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made – unique creations – made in the image of our Creator. It is our desire to craft unique, one-of-a-kind pieces created with you on our mind to reflect your own style through a timeless heirloom, while reminding you that all things are possible through Christ’s strength.

Each of our pieces are inspired by women in my family and designed to embody their story – stories filled with hardships and challenges, but all amazing testimonies of God’s handiwork and faithfulness. Whether they are still with us, or have gone on to be with the Lord, it’s such an honor to share snippets of their untold stories with you!

As much as we love our family, we truly believe we are called to love all people – and to make them feel loved. As part of our brand promise, not only do we want to love on our customers, but we also want to share that same love with children overcoming challenges in the midst of adversity. Children are our heart and if we can share the hope we have through Christ’s love and His strength with just one child, then my friends, we will consider our story a success.

A Note from the Founder

Hi y'all!  I'm Adrienne and I'm so thankful you've taken the time to stop by. If you're anything like me, you like to explore around and know more about the names behind the brand, so this is my attempt to share a little about myself with all of you. I'm a sixth-generation Floridian born and raised in rural North Florida.  I love Jesus, my family, college football and my pup, AnnaBelle.  From an early age, my parents taught me to never underestimate the power of hard work, but achievements are never worth more than people. I believe kindness is the cornerstone of a life filled with true success and contentment - and compassion is almost always an action.

I'm a true Southerner through and through - and I don't think my accent would let me deny my geographic allegiance even if I tried. In my family, my Nanny, Granny and Mama like to do things up right and taught me to do the same.  By that, I mean sweet tea doesn't look like branch water, Christmas is a sacred season that begins promptly when the turkey leaves the table, the Lord doesn't let calories from fried chicken or biscuits count, laughter is good for the soul and as long as things are done with love (and/or butter), they turn out special.

Our family's history is rooted deep in agriculture and I'm an advocate for the industry and those who work tirelessly to keep a safe, plentiful food supply on our tables.  After teaching agriculture for more than 3 years and working for a faith-based non-profit for almost 3 years - I am now excited to be pursuing this venture full time!

Whether I'm cooking, baking, painting, writing or making jewelry, I pour myself into my "work," but to me, nothing is more relaxing (except maybe a Sunday afternoon nap). I typically have a mild heart attack every Saturday afternoon/evening throughout the fall, but that's only if the game's score gets too close for my comfort. Much to my dad's relief, fishing is one of my favorite pastimes, I can bait my own hook and I'm not a half bad shot at the clay range on a good day.

So, whether you too hail from the South, or you're just stopping in for a visit, know that you are welcomed to the Crossing 413 family with open arms.  When I started this company I knew two things:  1) I wanted to make people feel special and 2) God had asked me to use this as a ministry.  So as you wear your piece of C413, please remember, you are fearfully and wonderfully made by the Creator of the universe...and He loves you more than you can ever imagine. Love God, love people, love who He created YOU to be.
